Call for candidates  Board elections EDINNA (11 May)

As part of the General Assembly on 11 May, board elections will take place.

The current board was elected in 2024, and the two-year term is now coming to an end. In accordance with the statutes, all board positions are open for election.

Below you will find an overview of the current board members and whether they have indicated their availability for re-election:

• stand as candidates for the board
• or propose candidates

If you are interested, please submit your candidacy by email to edinna@maritiemeacademieharlingen.nl no later than 5 May 2026.

Candidates may also be nominated during the General Assembly.

An updated overview of all candidates will be shared prior to the meeting.

We encourage all members to actively participate in shaping the future of EDINNA.

Štrbské Pleso is located in the High Tatras and can be reached in several ways:

• 🚗 By car
  Easily accessible by car from most European countries. Parking is available at Hotel Patria.
• ✈️ By plane + transfer (Košice)
  Fly to Košice Airport, followed by:
  • a rental car (approx. 1.5–2 hours), or
  • a train connection to Štrbské Pleso
• ✈️ By plane + transfer (Kraków)
  Fly to Kraków Airport (Poland), followed by:
  • a rental car (approx. 2.5 hours)
• ✈️ + 🚆 Via Vienna
  Fly to Vienna and continue by train to Štrbské Pleso

Additional travel details and suggestions will be shared with registered participants.

💳 Participation fee

A participation fee is required to attend the General Assembly.

• Early registration (until 15 April 2026): EUR 90
• Standard registration (from 15 April 2026): EUR 100

The participation fee is payable on-site.
