EDINNA General Assembly & Strategic Workshop (11–12 May 2026)

Dear EDINNA member,

We are pleased to invite you to the 20th EDINNA General Assembly, taking place on Monday 11 May and Tuesday 12 May 2026 in Štrbské Pleso, Slovakia.

Participation in the General Assembly is limited to EDINNA members and associated members.

Programme overview

DAY 1 – Monday 11 May

The first day is dedicated to the formal General Assembly and European developments.
The programme includes the statutory General Assembly, Board elections and contributions from European stakeholders, followed by networking and dinner.

DAY 2 – Tuesday 12 May

The second day is organised as a strategic workshop for members who wish to actively contribute to EDINNA’s future direction.
Using an interactive World Café format, participants will work together on cooperation, harmonisation, future skills and EDINNA’s role in European initiatives.

Participation on Day 2 is optional and intended for members who wish to actively engage in shaping EDINNA’s strategic priorities.

Rooms are subject to availability. We therefore recommend booking your accommodation as soon as possible.

Travel information:

Štrbské Pleso is located in the High Tatras and may require some travel planning.
Detailed travel information will be shared with registered participants in due course.

Participation fee:

A participation fee is required to attend the General Assembly.

Early registration (before 15 April 2026): EUR 90
Standard registration (from 15 April 2026): EUR 100
